The staff surprised me with a bottle of Cava upon my arrival. It was a beautiful touch. I greatly appreciated that they celebrated my birthday with such care. The housekeeping staff greeted me warmly each time I passed them. I felt so welcome .
The room I booked felt very small and lacked a balcony. I didn't realize this when I made the reservation. The music by the pool was heavy techno and played until late. I found it hard to relax with this very loud music constantly playing. I understand it's Ibiza, but I wish there was a quieter place at night.

Mediocre stay, some issues
poor soundproofing slamming doors
The breakfast had a good range of food options.
The noise levels was a problem. Guests shouted in corridors late at night and doors slammed constantly. I also heard showers running in nearby rooms so soundproofing seems poor.

Really good stay and cute atmosphere
beautiful design accessible room
the hotel design was beautiful and clean. everything i needed was available . after checking out, a shower and changing room was accessible, which i found very convenient. the staff were helpful and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with any requests.
the room lacked a balcony, there was no dedicated space to dry swimming suits. this was slightly inconvenient. the room lacked reading lights. a simple addition like a toilet brush could significantly improve the overall comfort of the facilities.

Mixed experience due to some shortcomings
noisy air conditioning unexpected charge
The location was acceptable, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.
The air conditioning was noisy. It disrupted sleep. The room was quite small (even for one person). I was surprised by an extra charge for city tax at checkout, though this was never mentioned during check-in.

Really good Hotel Experience
clean decor beach proximity comfortable beds varied breakfast
The hotel is clean with great decor. Its location is close to the beach and promenade. The pool area provides double and single beds. The breakfast selection offered many options.
The room was small this was manageable but could be an issue for some guests.

The staff members are friendly and approachable. They seem to handle requests without much trouble. Communication from the staff is good with a WhatsApp message sent before my stay. They offered assistance .
